程艳玲,女,博士,教授,北京联合大学硕士研究生导师,美国明尼苏达大学博士研究生导师,“生物质废弃物资源化利用北京市重点实验室”常务副主任,“生物质废弃物资源化处理技术北京市国际科技合作基地”负责人,北京市自然基金评审专家, International Agricultural Engineering Journal,Advanced Research in Chemistry and Applied Science编委;Bioresource Technology, International Journal Of Agricultural &Biological Engineering,Algal Research, Chemical Engineering & Processing: Process Intensification,Journal of Cleaner Production等期刊审稿人。

二、主要研究领域

    研究领域: (1)食品加工废弃物的高值化利用---包括废弃物蔬果皮、果渣、麸皮中等活性组分的加工和提取;(2)可生化污水处理与利用---包括生活污水、食品加工过程的富营养水、养殖业废水的处理与利用,获得高附加值产物;(3)非热等离子体与脉冲强光在食品灭菌领域的研究---包括固体粉末、液体以及颗粒物等灭菌,在保证食品质量的前提下,延长食品的保质期。另外,开展了微波与等离子体在纤维素类废弃物热化学转化领域的研究。

    围绕上述研究领域,承担了国家863计划课题5项、国家国际合作课题4项,省部局委办课题6项以及校内竞争项目和横向课题10余项。在美国明尼苏达大学,作为主要人员参加了美国农业部(USDA)、能源部(DOE)课题各1项,以及Land`O Lake, LCCMR, Mndrive等资助的课题。发表论文100余篇,SCI收录80余篇。授权国内专利16项,美国专利1项。合作出版教材3本,著作7部中各1章节。
